A global leader in clinical diagnostics was producing urinalysis testing strips in an ATEX rated production suite. They required a custom made 6M long all stainless steel ventilated enclosure to house a series of waste, weighing, mixing and transfer stations handling Toluene, Methanol, IPA and Ethanol pumped from IBC’s located in an adjacent room. The enclosure was provided with ATEX rated electrical sockets & linear LED lighting as well as various SWAGELOK and quick-release bulkhead fittings. The enclosure was provided with an explosion-proof stainless steel volumetric flow controller the functionality of which was fully demonstrated to the visiting Clients team during execution of a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) as depicted.
